We all know about my addiction to all things frozen in the summer time, so why not at least try to make it something my body would approve of? I know this sounds a little weird and scary, but there is only one necessary ingredient: Bananas. The result is a creamy (yes, actually creamy) and delightful treat that can be enjoyed for dessert (or even breakfast, for that matter).
What do I need?
4-6 bananas
A knife
A freezer
A food processor or blender
Optional mix-ins: cocoa powder, chocolate chips, peanut butter, walnuts, and so on

Directions:
1. Cut bananas into small circles (about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick)
2. Freeze the banana slices (usually only takes about an hour)
3. Put the frozen bananas in food processor (blender) until creamy (you might also put some mix-ins in here)
4. Enjoy now or freeze for later

Are you gonna start swinging from trees next? It sounds very refreshing..maybe berries would be good mixed in next time.
Silly blog wouldn't let my friend Nikki comment.. but she's had this mixed with Nutella before!
I'm making this FYI!
Sounds yummy...I am going to make this today...I have the bananas in the freezer now! I'll let you know how it turns out! Can't wait! :)
I am going to the supermarket later today and I am going to buy LOTS of bananas! And nutella (i love that stuff). I will be making this.. but I need to know should the bananas be more rippened like if you were going to bake with them or when they are still firm? Love You,
Aunt Mary
